Convergent Network Services Acquisition

Global Enterprise Technologies (GET) today announced its expansion into the New York area. Effective December 1, 2006 Dynamic Enterprises, Inc. DBA Convergent Network Services has been acquired by Global Enterprise Technologies Inc. of Baltimore MD a division of Wireless Enterprises, Ltd.
Directing the overall operations and management of the company is Arlin Bleclic VP of Global Enterprise Technologies, Inc. The acquisition of Convergent Network Services will allow GET to continue to provide Global Data Centric services world wide. Our intention is to build on the customer base and infrastructure already in place at Convergent and expand our footprint in the NY area. Existing Convergent customers can expect more redundancy and better service without incurring additional costs.

With key locations in Baltimore Maryland and Sao Paulo Brazil GET is expanding its full array of 24x7 Support, Call Center, Consulting and Hosting services including; Application Hosting, Co-location, Dedicated Connectivity and IT Consulting. GET will continue to expand its communications infrastructure with state-of-the-art data centers maintained under the highest performance and security levels.

In addition to the full array of IT and Internet Services offered (GET) also provides high performance, protocol-neutral in-building solutions that support a wide range of frequencies . from 400 MHz to 2.5 GHz, for current and future voice, optical and data services including emergency services (fire/life/safety), PCS/Cellular, paging, 2-way radio, and wireless LAN. Our Wireless Engineering team provides a wide range of services for repeater networks, hybrid networks and antenna systems.
